SEO Web Site Development
Does your web site ever refer any new customers to your business? Has it improved your bottom line in any appreciable way? If you are like 90% of the web site owners out there, the answer is no.
The reason is simple. Most web site developers are programmers or graphic artists, not experts in Search Engine Optimization (SEO web site development) or internet marketing. The field of SEO web site development is a specialty field that few web site design firms are experienced in. This is not to say that they are not expert at what they do (after all, programmers and graphic artists are integral to web site design) but most simply do not understand how to attract visitors to your web site. A few use outdated tactics that worked five or ten years ago, but an extremely small number are truly proficient in SEO. Most do not realize that the main search engines (Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc.) are constantly changing their formulas for determining what sites to rank, and that keeping abreast of these changes is critical for any SEO consulting firm.

tags indicate the title of your webpage. Your title doesn’t actually appear in the main part of your page, but it does show up at the top of the browser window, and the clickable text that appears at the top of your search listing in the search engines. It’s really important that your tags contain the keywords that you’re optimizing that particular page for. It gives the search engines a strong clue as to what your page is about.
